Our Monthly Theme Quilts
Each month, Mrs. Martinson's and
Mrs. Smith's second-grasders make quilt blocks which are combined to make
a class quilt. At the end of the year, each child will have a quilt made
up of the monthly blocks.These quilt activities help students identify patterns
in their environments and in academic areas such as math and reading.
