Reindeer are a kind of deer that live in northern countries. They are called the "camels of the frozen north." They the only type of deer of which both the males and fmales have antlers. They live farther north than other hoofed animal except the musk ox.

In their wild states reindeer are called caribou. Reindeer can be ridden or hitched (usually sleds), and the females are milked as cows are.

 I drew this picture because I like the reindeer.
